At Stomping Grounds, we believe in creating an inclusive atmosphere where every individual feels like they belong. Whether you’re a regular gym buff, occasional runner, college athlete, busy mom or someone who has never stepped foot in a gym, all are welcome. We take a science-based approach to fitness and our objective is to provide you not only the knowledge and the tools to yield the results you’re looking for but to help motivate you to stay on track along the way.

Small Group Training
Our Small Group Series is comprised of four different categories: Strength, Sweat, Stamina and Stretch. Our typical group size ranges between 4 and 12 people, depending on the day. Check out the anatomy of each category below:
Strength
This is exactly what it sounds like! In these classes, we will utilize heavier, challenging weights to build strength through proper loading and body mechanics.
Sweat
The perfect combination of resistance training and metabolic conditioning. Weight training paired with shorter rest intervals help make this class one that will build a lean, strong physique.
Stamina
Look forward to a boot camp style session. This high intensity class will incorporate circuits, challenging body weight exercises and an energetic atmosphere that aims to improve your endurance.
Stretch
The perfect finisher to your week! This recovery class is predominantly yoga based with supplemental focus on mobility and mental well-being. Don’t be surprised if this low intensity session is more challenging than you expected!
