Strength

If you are in the area, make sure to check these guys out! The workouts are challenging but always tailored to your abilities. The trainers here make you feel like part of the community from the moment you walk in. 10/5 stars, Skye was my favorite coach.

Scotty’s classes are the best! He’s always switching it up so it doesn’t feel like you’re doing the same things over and over. If you have a fitness goal in mind, he will incorporate whatever you need to achieve your goals!

I had the chance to train with Scott for about five years in Florida. I did group and personal training as well over that period of time. His knowledge and dedication motivates you to always give your best. We constantly ask him to comeback to Florida. Lucky you guys at MI. Words cannot describe how great of a trainer Scotty is! You must go see for yourself! He is patient, organized and continually helps you achieve your goals. You can tell that he truly cares about his clients and wants them to live a healthy and fulfilled life. It's also really important to note that he has a masters degree in exercise physiology, so rest assured in knowing that he is VERY knowledgeable and knows exactly what he's doing.

I love training with Scotty! In just a short amount of time, I was able to see a real difference in my stamina and strength! He keeps things fun and upbeat and I look forward to going to class! For someone who usually dreads working out, this says a lot.
